MAX-Media
MAX-Media was designed to provide a universal tool for the sales and marketing of various types of advertising in a range of media types.

MAX-Media provides the following media modules Television, Newspaper, Magazine, Radio, Cinema, Outdoor, Internet. The inclusion of related media such as Internet, allows MAX-Media to provide full cross-media campaign control. Development of the product is continuous and ensures MAX-Media will partner all new media.

MAX-Media covers all areas of media management Planning & Research, Buying, Analysis, INTERFACES, Along with the administration of campaigns. MAXMedia also offers extensive reporting and monitoring functions, as well as interfaces for data exchange with foreign systems (finance / scheduling).

Users of the system are provided with optimum support in their task.

  • VARIED TELEVISION ENVIROMENTS
    MAX-Media is adaptable to all television environments, eg. free-to-air or pay television… or even a combination of both.

  • AUDIENCE AND COST PER’S
    Audience data (supplied independently) and program costings, can be viewed and sorted by one mouseclick, within MAX-Media. The highest viewing opportunities or the most cost efficient opportunities are able to be sorted with ease.
  • DEMOGRAPHIC
    All demographic data supplied by the vendor can be viewed within any campaign, according to the user’s selection.

    MAX-Media also includes an “indexing option, allowing demographics to be indexed if a scew is prominent within a campaign.

  • MULTIPLE RATE SELECTION
    At the user’s discretion, a number of rate-cards can be accessed within MAX-Media. Length conversion factors can be set to any ratecard, allowing automatic conversion of varying commercial/promo lengths.
  • PROGRAMMING
    Campaigns can be structured whilst viewing a program format, which can be supplied via an interface with the appropriate programming system.

    Formats can be compiled, edited and saved using Program Editor, supplied within the MAX-Media suite.

    Within MAX-Media there is also the ability to download and import program formats electronically.

  • MEDIA-ELINK
    MAX-Media operates interactively with media-elink. This on-line resource provides both a secure environment for the exchange of data between agencies and the media and an electronic database of media information at the fingertips of the planner / buyer.

    Information collected online is then imported straight to the MAX-Media desktop - halving research time, and removing the need for re-keying.

  • BUDGETS
    Budget figures can be set for a campaign, giving the user added information for tracking purposes.

    Budget figures are displayed within MAX-Media in a small fixed window.

  • MAX-TRAFFIC
    As MAX-Media interfaces for data exchange with MAXTraffic as well as other foreign systems, program availability can be viewed within MAX-Media.

    Avails updates can be set at regular, scheduled intervals or live-on-demand.

  • MULTIPLE PRODUCTS
    MAX-Media includes the ability to consecutively buy multiple products within the one campaign.

    This feature creates a “client” style campaign and formulates a far more efficient undertaking.

  • RANKING CRITERIA
    MAX-Media allows the user to set criteria specific to the needs of their client and the particular campaign.

    For example if only programs of a certain cost, audience or availability are required, criteria can be set so that only the required programs are filtered for viewing in the program list.

  • INTERACTIVE REACH & FREQUENCY
    An in-built interactive Reach & Frequency component runs within MAX-Media, exploiting a variety of engines.

    As the campaign is built, the R & F figures will recalculate automatically, to deliver interactive data, according to the changing structure of the campaign.

  • DAYPARTS
    Any number of individual Dayparts or “zones” can be set according to the user’s needs, eg. Peak, Kids etc.

    All related data for the dayparts set can be viewed within the “totals” window.

    Programs can also be sorted using the Ranking Criteria option, according to daypart.

  • DISCOUNTS
    Up to five (5) different discount levels can be set using MAX-Media, either client specific or for an individual campaign.

    Setting a discount allows the user to vary rates for campaigns or clients, without the need for a separate ratecard.

  • EMAIL EXCHANGE
    MAX-Media allows the user to email a completed campaign to their client or vice versa.

    The Email Exchange option creates an ".mm" file (MAX-Media) and a “html” file for viewing by the receiver.

    MAX-Media users are able to simply double click the ".mm" file to automatically open the document as a MAX-Media campaign.

    The html format allows non MAX-Media users to view the file.
