MAX-Plus Nirvana
The purpose of MAX-Plus Nirvana is to deliver a user friendly, flexible and customizable, INTERNET enabled tool for advertising agencies and major advertisers to allow them to collate, report and benchmark media campaigns for clients across multiple markets and focusing on “added vale”.

Nirvana accommodates multiple time zones, multiple languages and multiple currencies.

All reporting is delivered using Microsoft Excel™ which allows each client in each agency in each market to have their own flexible and personalized formats.

At the heart of Nirvana is a powerful relational database that holds all of the agency's media metric data.

Every schedule for every campaign for clients is captured and stored in such a way as to deliver easy and flexible data analysis including bench marking and budget performance reporting.

 
Features
For agencies which have implemented the TSS advertising agency paperwork system MAX-Plus INTERNATIONAL, media schedules for nominated multi-market clients are uploaded automatically into the central Nirvana database. For other agencies Nirvana provides a user friendly and customizable, WEB-Based, schedule preparation function.

  • Schedules can be maintained in the local currency. A currency conversion table provides the conversion rates to the central reporting currency and the Nirvana database contains all money values in both currencies. Reporting can be in home currency, the central currency or any bench-mark currency.
  • Sophisticated security functionality ensures that only registered users can access the system and controls exactly what data for which clients they can access.
  • The standard Nirvana schedule entry templates can be customized by the agency to each medium within each market and can be personalized to each client in terms of the various media calculations such as discounts, loadings, rates and agency commission calculations.
  • The most important data captured is the “added value” metrics. These form the basis on which all of the added value calculations and reporting are performed. The added value data can pertain to either a campaign or to each of the schedules that comprise a campaign.
  • The Nirvana schedule templates are intuitive in design and assist the user in the data entry function. Drop down lists provide “lookup” for standard codes such as media, sections, size, units etc.
  • Both the local agency and the central coordination agency can print individual and/or consolidated schedules in any of the agency's standard schedule template formats.
  • All outputs are delivered via the INTERNET and are printed via Microsoft Excel providing ease of use and total flexibility. The agency's client's budgets are also maintained in the Nirvana database.
  • Using Excel or any ODBC compliant desktop tool, the user can quickly generate sophisticated queries and reports
