Technical Software Services is a privately owned company founded by Marshall Duncan and Graham Atkins in 1987. Since then it has rapidly grown to become the prominent developers of advertising agency and media operator software solutions, including the Television, Radio, Cinema, Magazines, Press, Outdoor and retail environments.

The TSS client base is comprised of major advertising agencies and large and small broadcasters worldwide. Software integration is a key feature of all of our systems. Hence TSS has developed software for media owners and vendors.

Media software includes television planning and buying systems covering sales, traffic, management, reporting through financials; the complete system,

TSS employ support staff world-wide with multi-language capability. As well as English; French, Thai, Mandarin, Cantonese, Japanese, Korean and Bahasa (Indonesia) languages are spoken within the TSS support community allowing us to effectively communicate with our world-wide client base in their own language when necessary.

TSS is forging partnerships with local companies to provide a local marketing and support platform in the major Asia-Pacific, Australasian, African and European markets.

Recent developments have seen a strong partnership reach fruition in China too which will deliver exceptional growth in the TV broadcast field over the next two years as that market booms.

TSS maintains a web-based on-line issue management system that is used by both our clients and our staff to log and manage every significant issue related to the supply of our products and services to our client base. This proprietary Issue Management System (IMS) is the product of over ten years of experience in delivering systems to the Asia/Pacific marketplace.
