Technical Software Services provide a Help Desk that has a
comprehensive understanding of all MAX-Plus systems.
The Technical Software Services Help Desk provides clients with phone
assistance and have an internet system (IMS) that allows clients to log
questions, problems and enhancements via the internet.
The Issue Management System (IMS) has been developed in Lotus Notes and
is used to manage and traffic all calls, problems, enhancements clients
encounter. This allows the Help Desk to manage their issues more
efficiently and clients can access the status of their issues via the
internet.
The Help Desk office hours are 9.00am - 5.30pm in all regions.
