- SECURITY and PASSWORD CONTROL
TSS has devised an enhanced security module, specifically designed to
client specifications and adopted for MAX-Toolkit. MAX-Secure offers
varying levels of security access via login details and menu
accessibility.
- ACCESS
MAX-Toolkit,
can be accessed, depending on security level, via the Launcher in
MAX-Media or by running the program independently.
- QUICK SEARCH FUNCTIONS
MAX-Toolkit offers easy and quick search functions for displaying information such as Client codes and session names.
- SURVEY BUILD
MAX-Toolkit houses a survey build program, allowing the user to load
new audience data, received from their independent research company for
reviewing in any session.
- SESSION SETUP
Sessions
(files) within MAX-Toolkit can be client specific or generic for
general use. All sessions can be made secure by varying acess levels
for a particular session.
User can select their start and end date of the session for any range of dates.
Advanced options are available depending on the users security level,
allowing extra functions such as ,renaming, saving and deleting
session(s).
- CONTRUCTING A SESSION
Any component of a session (eg. ratecard, station, demo, survey) can be
easily added or removed, by selecting the appropriate tab. This
displays the list of available selections, a user is able to include in
the session.
- SURVEY DATA
MAX-Toolkit also provides the same option of averaging for surveys. Any
number or combination of surveys can be averaged for a particular
market. These averages can also be weighted.
- VIEW OPTIONS
Users are able to simply click on the viewing requirements within the viewing screen of MAX-Toolkit.
- GRAPHICAL DATA
MAX-Toolkit offers the users the option of viewing graphical data within their session.
- DAYPART / ZONE ANALYSIS
Any number of individual Dayparts or "zones" can be set according to the user’s needs, eg. daytime, fringe etc.
MAX-Toolkit also houses “Master” dayparts for quick selection/loading
of frequently used zones eg, peak/off peak with ranges set to the
user’s requirements.
All related data for those dayparts, can be viewed open-close, at differing time levels, within any session in MAX-Toolkit.
- OUTPUT
MAX-Toolkit provides an extensive range of reporting, with all reports displayed in either a Microsoft Excel or html format.
Print selections are comprehensive and have been built on client specification and experience.
Rate cards, program formats, day part statistics, audience data and ranking criteria can be reported, using MS Excel.
